Government fees are separate from WP Agency service fees.

Maintain compliance with FMCSA, IRS, TxDMV, state agencies, and other regulators.
WP Agency is not liable for delays or penalties caused by incorrect or missing information.
WP Agency does not offer legal, tax, or accounting services.
Any guidance provided is based on general compliance knowledge and is not a substitute for professional legal or tax advice.
Government agencies (FMCSA, IRS, TxDMV, Secretary of State, etc.) control their own processing times.
WP Agency is not responsible for:
Agency delays
System outages
Changes in laws or filing procedures
Government rejections due to regulatory inconsistencies
We will notify you of any issues and assist in resolving them.
All service fees must be paid before work begins.
Government fees, permit fees, and agency charges are separate and must be paid by the client.
Because all services involve labor, time, and immediate processing, all sales are final once work has begun.
Refunds may be issued only if:
No work has started, AND
The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
Government fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you enroll in a monthly plan:
You authorize WP Agency to process recurring payments.
You may cancel at any time with written notice.
Services end immediately upon cancellation.
Missed payments may result in suspension of services.
WP Agency is not responsible for missed deadlines if payments lapse.
You are solely responsible for:
Information provided to WP Agency
Uploaded documents
VIN, plate, EIN, or DOT/MC information accuracy
Maintaining internal records
WP Agency is not liable for incorrect filings caused by inaccurate client data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WP Agency shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Business interruption
Penalties, fines, or compliance actions
Indirect or consequential damages
Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information
Our total liability for any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
WP Agency may work with trusted third parties (e.g., filing partners, software tools, consortium providers).
We are not responsible for the actions, delays, or errors of third-party systems or government agencies.
All website content, text, images, branding, and materials belong to WP Agency LLC.
